Set up right outside our front window — close enough that a parent can keep an eye out, but it's the kid's own little business. Your kid keeps every dollar they make. We provide the stand, lemonade mix, cups & water; you bring a parent to hang out.

3. Quick agreement ✋

By signing up I agree that: (1) a parent or guardian will be present and supervising the child the entire time the stand is operating; (2) I am responsible for my child's safety and conduct; (3) Arcade Creamery LLC provides equipment and supplies as a courtesy and is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation; (4) the child keeps all proceeds and is responsible for their own cash; (5) we'll set up and break down in the spot Arcade Creamery staff show us and leave it clean. Stand may be rescheduled for weather.

I'm the parent/guardian, I'll be right there supervising, and I agree to the above. My kid is excited and wants to run the stand on this day. 🙌
